Emphasizing on special occasions

We have created a modernized version of a classic and very popular pomegranate-based liquor. The combination of pomegranate and tsipouro makes our liquor an ideal accompaniment for cheeses, charcuterie, desserts and fruit, while its distinctive taste and unique colour make it perfect for special occasions.

The sophisticated flavor, rich aromas and deep burgundy color of this liquor exude both romantic nostalgia and intense anticipation. Nostalgia for special occasions of the past and anticipation for similar occasions that will hopefully follow in the future.
To communicate these feelings and to visualize directly on the bottle such a special occasion, we initially named the liquor “Peristasi” which means “Special Occasion” in Greek.
We then depicted the intimate and precious occasion of a couple enjoying the liquor. We relied on gold silk printing outlines combined with solid white shapes that subtly accentuate certain visual elements of the illustration. The centre of the composition is dominated by a classic liqueur glass, infinitely filled with liquor dripping from a pomegranate-shaped sun, making the moment seem eternal.
The transparent bottle was consciously chosen to take full advantage of the deep burgundy colour of the liqueur as a background. This allows the bright colours of the illustration to contrast sharply with the dark background, bringing the illustration even more to the forefront.
